Tavola Showcases Newly Opened Models

A pet room, dual living home designs and creative decorating ideas are among the many highlights of new model homes now open by GreenEco Builders and Lennar in Tavola.

GreenEco Builders is the newest member of the builder team in Tavola, the Friendswood Development Company master-planned community just north of Kingwood and the Grand Parkway.

The GreenEco model is one of nine decorated model homes now open daily in Tavola, where new homes are priced from the $180,000s to the mid $400,000s. In addition to GreenEco, Tavola offers new homes from Lennar Homes, Lakewood Homes, M/I Homes and Perry Homes.

GreenEco’s new model, the Wiltshire plan, is a two-story design with 2,184 square feet, four bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. The home showcases the study option in place of the formal dining room and a large island kitchen open to the breakfast room and family room.

Lennar’s new Giallo II plan features the builder’s sought after dual living arrangement. The first-floor master suite is has a large walk-in closet and the second floor offers an additional bedroom, a full bathroom, and loft space. The models are located in Tavola’s newest neighborhood where new homes are priced from the $220,000s.

Lennar has also opened its Amethyst model home in Tavola, also featuring a dual living arrangement. The main home showcases a large island kitchen open to the family room with a fireplace and access to a covered back patio. The Amethyst floor plan offers the option to add a second-floor fifth bedroom and a loft.

Tavola is located off US 59 North, just north of the newest entrance to the Grand Parkway in the New Caney Independent School District.
